20 Minute Wonton Soup

This quick and easy wonton soup is the perfect comfort food, ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 10 frozen wontons
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 stalk of green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pot.
  3. After 5 minutes of simmering, gently add the frozen wontons to the broth.
  4. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the wontons are heated through.
  5. Stir in the chopped green onions and serve hot.
