Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core and slice apples into thin wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss the apple wedges with lemon juice and honey.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour and cinnamon.
  5. Dredge the apple wedges in flour mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the apple fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with caramel sauce for dipping.
  • For extra crunch, spray with cooking oil before frying.
