2 cups apple cider
1 cup sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, bring apple cider to a boil and reduce to half.
