  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  3. Add the diced apple, cinnamon, and drizzle with maple syrup.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
