  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix until combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. In another bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar together.
  9. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake filling.
  10. For the crumble topping, mix oats, flour, and nuts together and sprinkle over the apples.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  12. Let it cool before removing from the pan.
