Avocado Deviled Eggs

Delicious and creamy avocado deviled eggs with a savory turkey bacon twist. Perfect for appetizers or snacks!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  2. Slice the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Add the avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks, and mash until smooth.
  4. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
  6. Garnish with additional turkey bacon or parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
  • Use plain Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a healthier option.
