  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with half of the mozzarella and all of the Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Fold in the cooked spaghetti and meat sauce. Mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Substitute ground turkey for ground beef for a lighter option.
