- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with half of the mozzarella and all of the Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Fold in the cooked spaghetti and meat sauce. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
