Baked Feta Eggs Recipe

Enjoy a deliciously cheesy and savory baked feta eggs recipe, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add the block of feta cheese and arrange the turkey bacon around it.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over feta and bacon, then sprinkle with black pepper and oregano.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the feta is soft and bacon is crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and crack eggs on top of the feta and bacon.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until eggs are set to your liking.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
