- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups sliced bananas
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
