  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups sliced bananas
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in banana pudding mix until well combined, then gently add sliced bananas.
  6. Spread the banana mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, top with crushed vanilla wafers and chopped pecans.
