- 1 pound salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the salmon pieces with breadcrumbs and beaten eggs.
