  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cook until tender.
  5. In a separate pot, boil water and prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Add soy sauce and brown sugar to the beef and broccoli mixture, stir well.
