  • 1 cup grits
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grits by boiling water, then adding grits and stirring until thickened.
  2. Stir in cheese, butter, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
  3. Season catfish fillets with blackening seasoning.
