Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and pour over crust.
  6. In another bowl, combine blueberries, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
