  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
