Breakfast Pancake Poppers You’ll Crave Every Morning

Delicious and easy breakfast pancake poppers with turkey bacon and chicken ham that will make you look forward to mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Preheat a waffle maker or greased pan and pour batter in small portions.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with syrup or your choice of toppings.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add vanilla extract to the batter.
  • These pancake poppers can be made ahead of time and frozen.
