  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade all over the butterflied chicken.
  4. Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes.
