- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups creamy cheesecake filling
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
