- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
