Cheesy Chicken Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner

A comforting and easy family meal that combines cheesy chicken with delicious veggies, all made on a single sheet pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture out on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot.
