- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Slice the smoked sausage into rounds and add to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, olive oil, garlic powder, and sour cream.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the potatoes and sausage and toss until everything is well coated.
