- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil; stir until well mixed.
