  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and onions.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
