  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, all-purpose flour, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
