Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay a noodle flat, fill with the chicken mixture, and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolls seam side down in the baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and additional mozzarella if desired.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
