  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
