Chicken Noodle Casserole

A comforting and easy chicken noodle casserole made with turkey bacon for a twist on a classic family favorite.

  • 3 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, peas, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or bell peppers.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
