  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and garlic, and stir-fry until the beef is browned.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, and sugar.
  5. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, and stir until the sauce thickens.
