A delicious and indulgent breakfast recipe that combines the sweet taste of cinnamon rolls into a casserole.

  • 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and cut the cinnamon roll dough into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese with a little water to create a glaze.
  7. Once the casserole is done, drizzle the glaze on top before serving.

Notes
