Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll

A delicious twist on classic breakfast, combining the flavors of cinnamon rolls and French toast.

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Flatten the slices of bread using a rolling pin.
  3. Spread a layer of cinnamon sugar on each slice.
  4. Roll up the bread and dip each roll in the egg mixture.
  5. Cook the rolls in the skillet until golden brown.
  6. Fry the turkey bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
  7. Serve the rolls drizzled with maple syrup alongside the bacon.
