Classic American Potato Salad

Enjoy a classic twist on a beloved side dish with our delicious potato salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
  2. Once cooled, peel and cube the potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Add the potatoes, eggs, celery, red onion, turkey bacon, and chicken ham to the bowl and gently mix until combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, refrigerate the potato salad overnight.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables such as peas or pickles.
