Classic Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

A warm and comforting dish that combines classic pierogi flavors with the ease of a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pierogi
  • 1 pound Kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced Kielbasa on top of the pierogi.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over the Kielbasa and pierogi.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a crispy topping, uncover in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or sauerkraut for added flavor.
