  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooled potatoes, chopped celery, red onion, turkey bacon, and parsley to the dressing; mix gently to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
