A delicious and easy comfort food casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey and bacon over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the chicken ham, corn, diced potatoes, and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
