Crab Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

A delightful dish featuring juicy crab and savory portobello mushrooms.

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix the crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture evenly into each mushroom cap.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add some Old Bay seasoning to the crab mixture.
