- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the crab mixture evenly into each mushroom cap.
