  • 8 ounces shell pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the shell pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
