  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, then add the parmesan cheese.
  6. Mix in the cooked fettuccine and stir until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
