- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in heavy cream and mixed vegetables.
- Add thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
