  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and sauté the onions until caramelized.
  4. Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Let it simmer until slightly thickened, then stir in the pasta and chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese before serving.
