Creamy Garlic Sauce Baby Potatoes

A delicious and creamy dish made with baby potatoes and flavored with garlic sauce and turkey bacon.

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked potatoes and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Mix until coated in sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a mix of heavy cream and sour cream.
  • Make sure not to overcook the potatoes to keep them firm.
