- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add salmon and cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and flake into pieces.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
