  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add salmon fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for another minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add spinach and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  6. Return turkey bacon to the skillet, mix and serve over the salmon.
