Crispy Parmesan Crusted Baked Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, squeeze lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
