- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
