  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, combine chicken thighs, chicken broth, onion soup mix, and soy sauce.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until chicken is tender.
  3. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  4. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the gravy in the crockpot.
