  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in the crockpot.
  3. Add the sliced onion on top of the meatballs.
  4. Pour the beef broth over the meatballs and onions.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
