- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
