  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and softened butter to the flour, mix until combined.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough, and layer in turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  7. Shape the filled dough into cruffins and place in a muffin tin.
  8. Let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
