Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the bars cool completely.
  8. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  9. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Frost the cooled bars.
