Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A delicious twist on a classic salad that features creamy deviled eggs and crispy turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup crispy turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the mashed eggs and mix well.
  4. Stir in the cooled macaroni, green onions, and turkey bacon until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
