- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cornmeal mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, and milk.
- In another bowl, mix the cornmeal mix, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Spread the cornmeal batter over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
