- 1/2 cup rum
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 gingerbread cookies
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting
