Easy Lasagna Recipe (No Boil Noodles)

  • 12 lasagna noodles no-boil noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 no-boil noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spoon half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of meat, and then a layer of marinara sauce.
  7. Repeat layering with noodles, ricotta, meat, and sauce.
  8. Finish with a final layer of noodles, remaining marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
